Join Our Team as a Personal Support Worker

In this role, you’ll provide essential daily support to seniors and individuals with disabilities — making a meaningful difference in their lives every day.

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming). 
• Provide companionship and emotional support. 
• Support medication reminders and administration as outlined in care plans. 
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed. 
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment. 
• Encourage social activities and community involvement. 
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition. 
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
   

• PSW Certification (required). 
• Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or disability support is preferred. 
• Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer’s care is an asset. 
• Strong caregiving skills — empathy, patience, and clear communication. 
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks and meal preparation. 
• Reliable automobile for travel to assisted living facilities and client homes.
